BALLET BOOTCAMP
A class designed for dancers and non dancers.  Class begins with yoga-like stretching and floor barre techniques, then moves to using ballet technique to strengthen and stretch.  Class incorporates ballet exercises to build cardiovascular endurance, then finishes with a cool down.  Students will be able to strengthen their bodies, lengthen their muscles, and work to build a cardiovascular endurance that most dancers lack.
